PRICES

All prices quoted are NETT and exclusive of VAT.

ACCOUNTS

Credit facilities may be arranged by supplying a Banker’s reference and two satisfactory trade references. Accounts may be subject to a credit limit at our discretion. Any queries relating to invoices must be notified within 21 days of the invoice date. No discussion or amendment is possible after this time. We reserve the right to charge 2% per month on all overdue accounts.

CASH SALES

Cash sale invoices under £10 MUST be paid in cash. Cheques only accepted on production of a valid
banker’s cheque card, up to a maximum of £50.

DELIVERY TIMES

Where, at the clients specific request. time is deemed to be of the essence, the Company will only undertake such work, expressly on the terms that it shall not be liable for consequential loss caused by delay in delivery from any cause. Whilst the delivery times quoted are a fair guide they do not constitute part of any contract.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE COVER

The Company will take all reasonable care in the processing of goods but the Customer is advised that the working conditions prevailing make it difficult to eliminate the possibility of mistakes occurring and further that the replacement value of the raw materials submitted to the Company may be disproportionate to the Company’s charges for processing such material. Accordingly work is accepted for processing on tho express terms that tho liability of the Company for loss or damage to the Customer’s goods resulting from the negligence of the Company its servants or agents is limited to the replacement value of the raw materials submitted for processing up to a maximum value of £50 for any one order. Where the replacement value of the raw material exceeds this maximum value the Customer must consider the possibility of effecting insurance cover. The Company cannot accept liability to a Customer in excess of the maximum value of £50 which will be deemed to be the responsibility of the Customer and to result from his failure to effect adequate insurance cover.

PHOTOGRAPHIC DYES

Because dyes used in colour photographic materials, like-other dyes, might change in time, neither prints nor copies will be replaced or otherwise warranted against any change in colour.

COMPLAINTS

In the event of any complaint all work subject of the complaint must be returned within 3 days. No responsibility for error will be accepted by the company unless a written order was originally tendered.

COPYRIGHT & LEGALITY

The Customer undertakes to the Company that material submitted to the Company for processing shall not infringe any copyright nor shall it be material of a libellous or illegal nature and the Customer shall indemnify the Company from any loss damage costs or expenses incurred by the Company resulting from any breach
of the undertaking.

PACKING & POSTAGE

Packing, postage, Red Star or Securicor where requested will be charged at cost on all orders. Order despatched at the risk of the consignee.

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

OVERTIME

Monday to Friday £25.00 per hour
Saturday 9.00-12.00 £30.00 per hour
Saturday 12.00-5.00 & Sunday £40.00 per hour
